Your Responsibilities As an Operations Customer Expert, you will: Provide exceptional customer support via chat, email, and phone. Assist Turkish-speaking SMB clients with advertising products and platform-related questions. Deliver both pre-sales and post-sales support. Help customers optimize their advertising campaigns and achieve better business results. Troubleshoot technical and account-related issues. Maintain high Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores through professional and empathetic service. Educate customers on self-service advertising tools and best practices. Handle confidential customer information responsibly. Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience. What We're Looking For Required Languages Native or fluent Turkish Fluent English (minimum C1) You are someone who has: Excellent communication skills Strong customer-focused attitude Problem-solving abilities Empathy and patience Ability to work independently and within a team Fast learning skills Professionalism when handling sensitive information Basic computer and internet skills Previous experience in customer service, digital marketing, or technical support is an advantage but not required.
