Job Summary
We are looking for an Italian Speaker Customer Service Representative to join our international support team. The role involves assisting Italian-speaking customers and delivering an excellent customer experience in a fast-paced multicultural environment. Willingness to relocate within the EU is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Italian-speaking customers via phone email chat or social media
- Handle inquiries related to products services orders and billing
- Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently
- Document interactions accurately in internal systems
- Meet quality standards and performance targets
Requirements
- Native or fluent Italian (C1/C2 level)
- English C1 level or higher
- EU citizenship (mandatory)
- Willingness to relocate within the European Union
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer skills and adaptability
- Flexibility to work shifts if required
