Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality professional support to Norwegian-speaking customers via primary communication channels.
- Troubleshoot inquiries efficiently ensuring a seamless and positive experience for every user.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on unresolved cases with a customer-first mindset.
- Collaborate with team leads and international colleagues to continuously elevate service standards.
Requirements
- Language: Native-level or fluent (C1/C2) proficiency in Norwegian language with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Location: Must be a local candidate already residing in or around the Lisbon metropolitan area.
- Schedule: Full availability to work a fixed daytime schedule (08:00 - 17:00).
- Skills: Exceptional active listening empathy and a natural ability to connect with people.
- Legality: Possession of valid Portuguese working rights (NIF NISS or residency card/EU citizenship) for an immediate start.
