Job Description

Do you have a thirst for knowledge and are fascinated by digital solutions We are currently looking foraUX/UI Designerwho cantake the responsibility for envisioning and shaping first-class innovative digital touchpoints andbringingnew ideasto life anddelightingourclients with unique digital experiences.

Being thelinkbetween business goals user needs and technicalimplementationyou collaboratecloselywith CX strategistsotherdesigners and developers always acting asanadvocate for users needs throughout the entire process.

You will:

• Develop unique digital user interfaces and applications for reputable clients
• Transfer visions and ideas into working design concepts and implement them independently
• Work on exciting and complex problems in interdisciplinary teams together with software developersconsultantsand researchers
• Monitorprojects fromideation through implementation and beyond
• Carry out presentations and discussions of concepts and designs with colleagues and clients

Collaboration & Craft

• Collaborate closely with other UX/UI designers to brainstorm concepts sketch ideas and createlow- and high-fidelity prototypes
• Designaccessible intuitive consistent and delightful digital experiences with strong attention to detail and pixel-perfect execution
• Work with designers and developers to createresponsive layouts including interactive states motion and animation
• Contribute to and work withindesign systems ensuring consistency and scalability across products

Qualifications:

You bringapassion for digital creation and deepexpertisein:

• Interface Design interaction design and usability
• A completed degree inDesign Interaction Design Service Design HCI Computer Science or a comparable qualification
• 1-3years ofinitialworkexperience in conceptualizing and designing digital products and applications preferably in an agency environment
• Creative and analytical thinking with the ability to understand complex systems and processestranslate them into compelling visual designs
• Basicknowledge of core UX principles and methodologies (usability accessibilityinformation architectureinclusive design etc.)
• Experience with industry-standard tools such asFigma Miro and other prototyping and collaboration tools
• Goodunderstanding ofUI design principles interaction design and responsive design best practices
• Hands-on experience building maintaining and contributing todesign systems
• Experience acrossB2B B2C and e-commerceprojects
• Experience working closely withdevelopment teamsin Agile environments
• Ability to leverageAI toolsto support and enhance daily design workflows
• Passion for staying up to date with the latest UX/UI trends tools and technologies

Communication & Collaboration

• Goodcommunication and presentation skills
• Comfortable collaborating within cross-functional teams
• Fluent inEnglishboth written and spoken
