Join our Lisbon team as a Turkish-speaking Customer Advisor representing a world-leading social media and technology brand. Serving as a dedicated consultant for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), you will guide clients through social commerce and advertising solutions to help them grow their online presence, optimize ad spend, and resolve technical issues. Primary Responsibilities Multichannel Communication: Deliver professional customer care via chat, email, and inbound/outbound phone interactions. Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot pre- and post-launch ad performance issues, billing disputes, account settings, and technical glitches. Merchant Education: Coach business clients on platform tools to empower them to manage campaigns independently. Product Insights: Identify recurring software bugs or customer feedback trends and route them to product engineering teams. Record Keeping: Maintain precise interaction logs in the CRM system in full compliance with data privacy standards. Candidate Profile Core Requirements: Language Proficiency: Fluent spoken and written Turkish, plus B2+ level English for software tools, internal communications, and training. Location & Rights: Current physical residence in Portugal with full legal entitlement to work on-site in Lisbon. Digital Literacy: Strong computer skills, including the ability to navigate multiple browser tabs, CRM tools, and chat software simultaneously. Shift Flexibility: Adaptability to work rotational shift schedules, including potential weekend shifts. Preferred Criteria: Prior experience in contact centers, customer service, or digital advertising is beneficial, though fast learners with high empathy are encouraged to apply.
