CLOUD SUPPORT INFRASTRUCTURE EXPERT
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a Cloud Support Infrastructure Expert with strong troubleshooting capabilities with experience in production support environments cloud technologies automation tools and infrastructure management. This professional will be responsible for ensuring the stability availability and continuous improvement of cloud-based applications and platforms playing a key role in incident management service monitoring automation initiatives and operational excellence.

What You Will Do on a Daily Basis

• Provide production support for applications and platforms ensuring service availability and performance.
• Analyze system middleware and application logs to identify troubleshoot and resolve incidents.
• Monitor services produce operational reports and contribute to continuous service improvement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain automation solutions using tools such as Ansible and Terraform for provisioning configuration and deployments.
• Collaborate with global teams participate in knowledge transfer activities and support disaster recovery and operational readiness exercises.
• Create and maintain support documentation and knowledge articles.
• Participate in a 24/7 support model including on-call rotations weekends and public holidays when required.

Your Key Skills

• Strong knowledge of Linux environments command-line tools and Shell Scripting.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS Azure IBM Cloud or Google Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code and automation tools including Ansible and Terraform.
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python and/or Bash.
• Understanding of CI/CD concepts and tools.
• Familiarity with ITIL practices and production support processes.
• Strong analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Your Main Qualifications

• Masters degree in Computer Science Computer Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Operations Production Support or Software Engineering.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with cloud environments.
• At least 2 years of experience working with Ansible and Docker.
• Professional experience supporting critical production environments.
• Certifications in Kubernetes Ansible Terraform or related technologies will be valued.
• Advanced level of English (written and spoken).
