Principais responsabilidades
✅ Mapear processos operacionais e identificar oportunidades de melhoria
✅ Definir e implementar novos modelos de operação nas áreas de delivery, serviço e field operations
✅ Liderar projetos de transformação operacional desde a fase de diagnóstico até à implementação
✅ Atuar como consultor interno junto das diferentes áreas de negócio
✅ Apoiar iniciativas de gestão da mudança e adoção de novos processos
✅ Analisar indicadores operacionais e transformar dados em recomendações acionáveis
✅ Garantir alinhamento entre Operações, IT, Produto, Comercial e restantes stakeholders

Procuramos um profissional com experiência em operações e transformação de negócio, capaz de desafiar modelos existentes, identificar oportunidades de melhoria e liderar iniciativas de transformação operacional com impacto direto na eficiência, experiência do cliente e performance das equipas.
O que procuramos
✔ Experiência mínima de 4 a 6 anos em operações, gestão de produção ou transformação operacional
✔ Experiência comprovada em gestão de projetos de melhoria contínua e transformação
✔ Conhecimento de operações de produção, delivery e field services
✔ Forte capacidade analítica e orientação para dados
✔ Experiência na elaboração de documentação executiva e operacional
✔ Excelentes competências de comunicação e influência
✔ Capacidade para trabalhar de forma autónoma em ambientes de mudança
Será valorizado
⭐ Experiência em Telecomunicações B2B
⭐ Conhecimentos de Lean, Kaizen ou Six Sigma
⭐ Conhecimentos de CRM, OSS/BSS, ITSM ou sistemas Telco
⭐ Power BI e Excel avançado
⭐ Fluência em Inglês
