💼 Work Model: Hybrid — Mandatory on-site presence once per week

🕓 Seniority: Senior (10+ years)

✈️ Travel: Occasional business trips to France (1–2 times per year, typically 2–5 days).

💲Rate Between €3500 - 4000 RV / €2200 - 2600 CTI (Final offer will depend on the candidate's experience and overall fit)

About the Opportunity

You will join the SAP CO/PS team responsible for the corrective, adaptive, and evolutionary maintenance of an international SAP platform supporting more than 70 countries and over 900 companies.

The environment currently runs on SAP S/4HANA 2023, with a migration to SAP RISE planned for October 2026.

This position plays a key role in ensuring service continuity, system reliability, CO/PS process efficiency, and user satisfaction. It is an excellent opportunity for experienced SAP professionals seeking to work in a technically challenging, large-scale international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform corrective, adaptive, and evolutionary maintenance for SAP CO and SAP PS modules.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
• Perform SAP configuration and customizing activities.
• Investigate and resolve complex incidents and functional issues.
• Execute functional testing and support integrated testing activities.
• Produce functional and technical documentation.
• Prepare and deliver end-user training.
• Support knowledge transfer during team expansion.
• Contribute to the standardization of maintenance processes.
• Collaborate with distributed teams across multiple countries and time zones.
• Ensure integration between SAP CO/PS and SAP FI, MM, and SD modules.
• Support operational stability and service continuity.
• Participate in preparing the environment for the future SAP RISE migration.

• Strong experience supporting SAP CO and SAP PS modules.
• Strong troubleshooting and incident investigation skills.
• Experience gathering and analyzing business requirements.
• Hands-on experience with SAP configuration and customizing.
• Experience with testing, documentation, and end-user training.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Cost Center Accounting (CCA)
• Internal Orders
• Profit Center Accounting (PCA)
• Strong knowledge of:

• Networks
• Budgeting
• Project Planning
• Experience integrating SAP FI, CO, MM, and SD.

• Currently based in Portugal.
• Availability to work on-site once per week in Lisbon, Porto, or Castelo Branco.
