Role Overview: As a Content Moderator, you will review and assess content published across an e-commerce marketplace, including product listings, images, descriptions, customer reviews, and seller-generated content. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all content meets platform guidelines, quality requirements, and relevant regulations, contributing to a secure, trustworthy, and reliable marketplace for both buyers and sellers. Key Responsibilities: Review product listings, descriptions, images, customer reviews, and other marketplace content to ensure compliance with platform policies and quality standards. Detect and take appropriate action on prohibited, deceptive, fraudulent, misleading, or low-quality content that could negatively affect the user experience. Apply content moderation guidelines consistently and make accurate, objective, and well-informed decisions. Monitor seller- and customer-generated content to help protect marketplace integrity and maintain user trust. Escalate complex, sensitive, or high-risk cases according to established policies and procedures. Maintain excellent accuracy and attention to detail while managing high volumes of content efficiently. Collaborate with internal teams to support platform safety, regulatory compliance, and broader operational goals. Achieve defined performance targets related to quality, productivity, accuracy, and turnaround times. Stay up to date with platform policies, e-commerce regulations, industry developments, and emerging marketplace risks. Share feedback and improvement suggestions to enhance moderation processes, internal tools, and overall operational efficiency. Requirements: Language Skills: Proficiency in Hungarian (C1/C2) and English (B2) . Eligibility: EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese residency card . Experience: 0-1 year of experience in content moderation or a related analytical role. Skills: Strong critical thinking, communication, and decision-making abilities.
