Fluent German is an essential requirement to deliver a personalized experience aligned with the expectations of this market.
Key Responsibilities
Lead all property operations;Manage operations dedicated to the core business segments of leisure and corporate German speaking groups;Ensure daily operational excellence;Oversee personalized guest experiences;Develop high-performing teams;Drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Profile / Requirements
Fluent German mandatory;Fluent English;Degree in Hospitality Management or similar;Minimum five years senior leadership;Proven luxury hospitality experience;Strong personalized service mindset;Strategic leadership capabilities.
