THE ROLE
We are looking for a #TechTalent to work as aProduct Owner - Marketing & Sales Datafor an international project in the logistic sector.
WHAT YOULL DO
Own the business responsibility for the group-wide Marketing & Sales Data Product across the customer journey from campaigns to leads new customers revenue and profitability;
Define develop and prioritize the business roadmap in close cooperation with Marketing Sales Analytics and Management;
Develop and harmonize key metrics such as lead conversion Customer Acquisition Cost Return on Marketing Investment and other marketing and sales KPIs;
Work closely with Germany Austria and other countries to establish a group-wide standard for marketing and sales data;
Define business requirements data standards and data governance guidelines within the data mesh approach;
Support and enable business departments to use the data product and make data-driven decisions.
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
Degree in computer science business informatics mathematics data science industrial engineering or a comparable field;
5 years of experience as a Product Owner Business Analyst Data Product Owner or similar role;
Strong understanding of marketing sales or CRM processes;
Experience working with data products analytics or business intelligence solutions;
Knowledge of modern data warehouse and cloud technologies ideally Snowflake;
Experience with SQL data modeling and data quality frameworks;
Ability to translate business requirements into concrete data and reporting solutions;
Strong communication and facilitation skills with different stakeholders;
Structured independent and strategic working style;
Experience with agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban;
Very good English skills.
