The Opportunity:

The Moore Group is seeking an experienced Senior UX Designer to help shape enterprise digital experiences for one of the world's leading pharmaceutical companies.

This role offers the opportunity to solve complex design challenges, influence strategic initiatives, and collaborate with global cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in complex or highly regulated environments, translating complex workflows into intuitive solutions, and contributing to long-term product strategy, roadmap planning, or product vision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end UX design efforts from discovery and ideation through detailed design and implementation.
• Translate complex business and user needs into intuitive, effective, and scalable digital experiences.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, journey maps, and high-fidelity designs for web, mobile, and enterprise applications.
• Apply user research, usability testing, and data-driven insights to inform design decisions.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Present design concepts, recommendations, and rationale to stakeholders and leadership through compelling storytelling.
• Facilitate workshops, design reviews, and stakeholder sessions to align teams and build consensus.
• Contribute to design systems, UX standards, accessibility, and best practices.
• Evaluate site-specific operational needs and design solutions that support standardized enterprise experiences.

Qualifications:

• Full professional fluency in written and spoken English.
• 5+ years of experience in UX Design, Interaction Design, Service Design, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Product Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating user-centered design and delivery of digital products and experiences.
• Experience designing enterprise applications, complex workflows, and user experiences across web, mobile, or desktop platforms.
• Advanced proficiency in wireframing, prototyping, user flows, usability testing, and interaction design.
• Experience applying qualitative and quantitative user research insights to drive design decisions.
• Ability to influence stakeholders, facilitate discussions, and work effectively across cross-functional teams in large, complex organizations.
• Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of accessibility, responsive design, design systems, and UX best practices.
• Experience incorporating AI-enabled capabilities, automation, or data-driven insights into digital product and experience design.
