About The Role

We are looking for a French-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join a technology-related customer service project based in Portugal.

You will assist French-speaking customers, answer their questions, guide them through simple technical issues, and make sure they have a smooth and positive experience.

The position is remote within Portugal. Candidates may already be based in Portugal or be open to relocating. Relocation support is available for eligible candidates.

What You Will Do

• Support customers in French and English
• Answer questions and assist with technical issues
• Guide customers through clear and simple solutions
• Record and update customer cases accurately
• Follow up when additional support is needed
• Help create a friendly and positive customer experience

What We Are Looking For

• Fluent in French and comfortable communicating in English
• Friendly, patient, and customer-focused
• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Organized and attentive to detail
• Previous customer service experience is welcome, but not mandatory
• Sales experience is a plus, but not required
