Wegen verbinden mensen, steden en hele economieën en precies daar komt jouw nieuwe rol in beeld. Als Customer Service Specialist ondersteun je chauffeurs en transport- en logistieke bedrijven bij vragen over wegeninfrastructuur, tolsystemen en facturatie.
Je werkt remote vanuit Portugal, gebruikt moderne digitale kanalen en wordt onderdeel van een stabiel project met langetermijnperspectief.

🚚 Aanspreekpunt voor chauffeurs en logistieke bedrijven voertuigen vanaf 3,5 ton
🛣 Vragen beantwoorden over wegen, tol & kosten voor de Nederlandse markt
🧾 Verwerken van facturen, openstaande betalingen & klachten
📂 Documenteren van vragen & cases in het systeem
🤝 Communicatie met externe instanties zoals autoriteiten en instellingen
🇳🇱 Zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands
🇬🇧 Solide kennis van het Engels voor training & interne communicatie
💻 Je bent vertrouwd met digitale tools
🧠 Je werkt gestructureerd, servicegericht & verantwoordelijk
🏠 Je wilt remote werken vanuit Portugal
⏰ Je bent beschikbaar voor een full-en parttime functie van 20, 25, 30, 35 of 40 uur per week
