Employment Type: Fixed-term (6 months) with potential for extension or permanent hire

Languages: German (C2) & English (B2+)
Compensation: Base salary + performance bonuses

💼 What You’ll Do

📞 Engage with customers across phone, email, chat, and social media
💡 Provide product and service information clearly and professionally
🔧 Assist with basic troubleshooting and technical questions
📝 Accurately document customer cases in internal systems
🚀 Escalate complex issues when necessary for resolution
🤝 Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely support
🎯 Manage service ticket queues and prioritize effectively
💬 Contribute ideas to improve customer service processes

🎯 What We’re Looking For
🗣️ Native/Fluent in German (C2) + Fluent in English (B2+)
📞 1+ year experience in customer service (preferably in tech/travel)
💬 Strong communication skills across all channels
🧠 Able to handle technical issues with a structured approach
💻 Quick learner with new software and systems
👥 Team player with problem-solving mindset
📂 Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks
📆 Willingness to work rotating shifts between 5AM–10PM, Mon–Fri
