What will you do

• Support business customers with technical questions and product-related inquiries.
• Help customers successfully adopt and use cloud-based and digital productivity solutions.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with internal teams to find effective solutions.
• Guide customers through product features configurations and best practices.
• Build trusted relationships by understanding customer needs and delivering an outstanding support experience.
• Manage customer cases from initial contact through resolution while ensuring timely follow-up.
• Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed case records.
• Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and promote relevant products or services where appropriate.

Candidate profile

• Native-level Dutch with fluent English (C1).
• Willingness to relocate to Lisbon Portugal.
• EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese work permit.
• Strong interest in technology cloud solutions and digital innovation.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with a proactive attitude.
• Previous experience in customer support technical support IT SaaS or customer success is an advantage but not required.
