Responsibilities

Are you open, communicative, and passionate about technology and customer support? Join our Customer Support Team as a Customer Support Specialist and help our customers solve their IT challenges while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

• Provide professional support to our customers via phone, email, ticket system, and chat, addressing technical, administrative, and account-related inquiries.

• Assist customers with topics such as software usage, onboarding, licensing, subscriptions, invoicing, and account management.

• Analyze customer issues, identify solutions, and provide clear guidance to ensure a smooth customer experience.

• Support customers in understanding and effectively using our software solutions.

• Conduct online demonstrations of our products and highlight functionalities that address customers’ individual needs.

• Prepare tailored offers and support customers throughout their journey with TeamViewer.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams to resolve customer requests and continuously improve the customer experience.

• Contribute to delivering a high-quality customer experience by building strong relationships with our customers.

Requirements

• Fluent in Dutch and English; additional languages are a plus.

• Strong interest in technology, software, and IT environments.

• Ability to quickly understand software products and explain technical concepts to customers with varying levels of expertise.

• Strong communication, customer engagement, and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.

• Comfortable working with Windows and macOS environments and learning new technologies.

• Ability to support customers across various topics, including technical inquiries, onboarding, licensing, subscriptions, invoicing, and account-related requests.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to balance technical and administrative tasks.

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Self-motivated, curious, and eager to continuously learn and develop.

• Previous experience in customer support, technical support, SaaS, IT services, or another customer-facing role is an advantage.
