Construction Manager – Electrical, Instrumentation, HVAC & Automation (E&I)

This is a resident position. The rotation for this position is 5 months ON / 1 month OFF.

As Construction Manager, you will lead all operational activities of the E&I construction department, ensuring successful execution of service contracts in line with Dietsmann’s QHSSE standards, technical, financial, and client satisfaction objectives. You will manage a team, develop business opportunities, oversee operations, and coordinate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage ongoing E&I construction contracts, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery
• Develop relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Support Country Manager in business development, contract management, profitability optimization, and tendering
• Ensure operational, administrative, financial, and QHSSE objectives are met
• Define and implement department HR needs, including recruitment, training, and career development
• Approve purchases and enforce Company Quality Management System
