Service Delivery and Finance Operations for NATO with security clearance

The quarterly invoice has to be right. So does the person who builds it.

If you have ever watched a good service undermined by late reporting or a price proposal nobody checked, this is the role where you stop that happening.

What you would actually own

You would keep an NCI Academy business running: quarterly reporting and invoices that go out accurate and on time; price proposals, operational level agreements and service support training agreements built properly. Daily purchase requisitions, travel requests and resource allocation plans. Daily ServiceNow work: service task structures, resource plan requests, timecards.

The part most people do not expect

You would also sit on the commercial side: product cost analysis, CAPEX and OPEX estimation, pricing, and building new business models. If you have been stuck doing pure administration, this is the step across into how the money actually works.

And the human part

You would be the customer's focal point. When something breaks or someone is unhappy, you are the one who handles it, diplomatically, and in a way that keeps the relationship intact.

What you will need

Service delivery or project management in an IT or business operations setting, genuine financial and invoicing acumen, hands on ServiceNow, and comfort with procurement workflows.

On site in Oeiras, on the coast just west of Lisbon. Contract engagement.
