What Youll Be Doing
You will act as the first point of contact for travelers facing unexpected disruptions. Your responsibilities include:
Managing flight modifications cancellations and rebooking requests
Handling hotel booking issues and accommodation changes
Processing refunds and compensation cases
Supporting customers through multi-channel communication (calls emails chat)
Collaborating with travel partners airlines and internal systems
Ensuring fast accurate and empathetic resolution of customer cases
Maintaining high-quality service standards in a high-volume environment

What We Offer
Base Salary: 1100.00 gross/month
Language Bonus: 150.00
Performance Bonus: up to 80.00
Meal Allowance (SA): 7.00/day
Bonus structure rewarding quality and efficiency
Working Schedule
This is a rotational schedule designed to ensure full coverage of global travel operations:
Monday Friday: 13:00 22:00
08:00 17:00
13:00 22:00
Operating hours: 08:00 22:00
Working days: Monday to Sunday
Time zone: London Time
Days off: 2 rotational days per week
Who Were Looking For
Fluent French speaker (mandatory)
Comfortable working in international customer service environments
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle high-volume requests
Previous experience in travel tourism or customer support is a plus
A proactive mindset and genuine interest in helping customers
