German Customer Advisor for Content Creators - Portugal

You will become part of a multicultural team supporting content creators, influencers, and business customers. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your digital customer service skills while living and working in Portugal.

• Support content creators and influencers across different social media platforms.
• Handle subscription management, account management, and technical troubleshooting.
• Respond to new and existing business customers by phone, email, and live chat.
• Make outbound callbacks and proactively contact customers who previously requested support.
• Assist customers after they have independently purchased services.
• Identify effective solutions using the company’s internal knowledge base.
• Provide professional, accurate, and friendly customer service.
• Focus exclusively on customer support—this is not a sales position.

Requirements:

• You are fluent in German, both spoken and written.
• You have a good command of English, as the training and internal communication will be in English.
• You have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• You are comfortable using social media platforms and digital tools.
• You are customer-focused, proactive, and able to work independently.
• You are available to work rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday between 08:00 and 24:00.
• You are willing to work fully on-site in Lisbon.
• You are eligible to complete the required background and reference checks.
