Are you a fluent German speaker with a passion for connected car technologies modern mobility and customer service excellence We are seeking a tech-savvy Automotive Digital Services Specialist to join our team in a 100% Remote setup from anywhere in Portugal.

In this role you will serve as the primary digital touchpoint for German-speaking drivers and vehicle owners providing remote technical assistance connected platform onboarding and digital service support for leading automotive brands.

The Role

• Digital & Telematics Support: Assist vehicle owners and fleet managers via phone chat and email with connected car services mobile app integration in-vehicle infotainment systems and navigation platforms.
• Troubleshooting & Diagnostics: Resolve technical software queries account access issues subscription management and over-the-air (OTA) updates systematically.
• Customer Advisory: Provide tailored guidance on digital features remote vehicle commands (e.g. climate control remote lock/unlock EV charging status) and subscription extensions.
• Escalation Management: Collaborate with specialized automotive engineering and IT departments to handle complex technical escalations efficiently.

Working Model & Location

• Location: 100% Remote (Work From Home from anywhere in Portugal).
• Work Model: Full-time (40 hours/week) with flexible or rotational shift options.
• Relocation: No relocation package provided. Candidates must currently reside in Portugal with active local tax/social security registration or hold full work authorization.

Requirements

• Language Skills: Native or Near-Native command of German (C1/C2 written and spoken) with fluent English (B2).
• Legal Eligibility: Must hold an EU Passport or a valid Portuguese Residence/Work Permit (NIF and NISS ready).
