Role Overview:

As a Customer Specialist for a Medical Devices Project youll be the primary point of contact for customers providing assistance with product inquiries orders accounts and general support. Through phone email and digital communication channels youll ensure customers receive accurate information timely solutions and a high standard of service while supporting a globally recognized healthcare brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver professional customer support via phone email chat and other digital communication channels.
• Assist customers with product information account inquiries orders deliveries and service-related requests.
• Provide clear guidance on company products services and support processes while ensuring compliance with internal procedures.
• Resolve customer inquiries efficiently escalating technical or complex cases to the appropriate teams when required.
• Accurately document customer interactions actions taken and case resolutions using internal systems.
• Maintain a customer-focused approach by delivering timely empathetic and solution-oriented support.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient issue resolution and a seamless customer experience.
• Meet established quality productivity and service-level targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Stay up to date with medical device products company policies regulatory requirements and best practices through ongoing training and development.

Requirements:

• Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2 level) and English (C1 level)
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Support
• Skills: Strong analytical creative and communication abilities
• Mindset: Professional detail-oriented proactive and eager to learn and grow in the CS field
