Junior Business and HR Operations

About the Role

We are a dynamic IT company working on projects that span marketing recruitment and operations. We are looking for a curious proactive and versatile intern who wants to learn and grow across multiple business areas supporting both business and operations initiatives and recruitment processes as well as internal projects.

• Located in Lisbon Portugal
• English should be advanced
• We embrace a hybrid work approach with 3 days in the office and two days working remotely. Spending time in the office is essential for building in-person connections fostering teamwork and facilitating productive whiteboarding sessions and brainstorming.

What Youll Do

• Support the recruitment process such as posting job descriptions help in filtering the candidates followup candidates scheduling and validating interviews etc
• Support the creation and improvement of slide decks and presentation materials.
• Assist with website support and web design tasks helping to maintain and enhance our online presence.
• Participate in content creation for LinkedIn blog and other channels (future projects)
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate tasks and improve efficiency.
• Opportunity to grow into supporting internal project management initiatives.

Who Were Looking For

• Student or recent graduate in HR Marketing Management Communications IT or related fields.
• Interest in learning about recruitment operations and IT projects.
• Familiarity and agility with AI tools to enhance productivity.
• Proactive organized and detail-oriented.
• Good communication skills in English and Portuguese.
• Curious and eager to explore multiple roles in a small dynamic IT team.
