As a Junior Responsible Sourcing Analyst, you will play an active role in advancing sustainable procurement practices across Continental Europe. Working side-by-side with the Responsible Sourcing Lead, you will balance regional performance tracking and program coordination with hands-on operational support for country teams across diverse maturity levels. In this dynamic position, you will directly support crucial environmental, social, and regulatory programs—including EcoVadis, EUDR compliance, due diligence frameworks, and inclusive sourcing—ensuring seamless alignment with evolving European regulations like CSRD while turning data into actionable sustainability insights.
On a day-to-day basis, you will split your focus between driving regional coordination and providing direct, practical assistance to local procurement units. You will collect and validate sustainability metrics to maintain tracking dashboards in Excel and Power BI, monitor local milestones for core initiatives, and follow up on vendor onboarding for performance platforms. Additionally, your routine involves creating clear presentation decks and toolkits for buyers, supporting training sessions, monitoring regulatory compliance risks, and assisting local teams with operational challenges spanning food safety, ethical standards, and annual reporting cycles.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sustainability, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field, ideally complemented by early professional or internship experience in project coordination, procurement, or ESG initiatives. You have strong numerical and analytical proficiency with Microsoft Excel, along with solid PowerPoint skills for structuring impactful visual presentations, and familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI. Fluent in English (with additional European languages being a valuable asset), you bring exceptional organizational discipline, a collaborative team spirit, and a genuine passion for driving meaningful, responsible sourcing transformation.
