Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Porto Portugal

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat channels
• Assist customers with booking modifying and cancelling business travel arrangements
• Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently escalating complex cases when required
• Provide accurate information regarding travel services destinations booking policies and platform functionality
• Maintain and update customer records within CRM systems
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Collect customer feedback and report insights to support service improvements
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction while meeting quality and productivity targets.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native / fluent in Italian (C2) both verbal and written. Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience preferably within the travel industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and customer service abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced customer-focused environment
• Adaptability and flexibility to changing business needs
• Good computer literacy and ability to work with CRM systems
• Experience in business travel travel management tourism hospitality or related sectors
• Experience handling bookings reservations or travel-related customer inquiries
• Familiarity with travel booking platforms or travel management systems.
