Recruitment Specialist – HV & Electrical

Overview

Recruitment Specialist – HV & Electrical is based in Lisboa, Portugal. You will support our global wind projects by ensuring the right HV & Electrical technicians are placed at the right time and place to deliver safe, compliant, and high-performance work. Responsibilities

Source, screen, and match candidates to technical project needs in collaboration with Operations and Planning teams. Manage job advertisements, applications, and interview coordination for high-voltage roles. Maintain and update an international technician database, ensuring candidate certifications and compliance are tracked. Build a steady pipeline of skilled HV & Electrical technicians aligned with current and future project requirements. Coordinate with third-party recruitment suppliers and manage candidate agreements and onboarding. Develop and refine sourcing strategies to improve candidate quality and speed to hire. Support ongoing workforce planning and forecasting alongside project planners. Use internal systems and digital tools for candidate tracking and reporting. Assist in general recruitment administration and support ad-hoc hiring needs as they arise. Qualifications

Relevant qualification in HR, recruitment, or business administration. Hands-on experience recruiting technical personnel in wind, energy, construction, or engineering sectors preferred. Strong understanding of technical job profiles and workforce requirements. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Structured and detail-oriented approach to data and candidate pipelines. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus. Confidence using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms. Team-oriented, proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement. Role details
