What do you need to be a SMART BUSINESS ANALYST?
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst Strong communication and stakeholder management skills (teams such as insurance, UX, tech, etc.) Experience in gathering and validating business requirements Ability to model processes, identify as‑is/to‑be flows, inefficiencies and improvement opportunities Experience creating documentation (functional specs, workflows, user stories, etc.) Experience supporting test phases and validating business requirements Nice to have:
Experience in insurance industry context Knowledge of Agile methodologies Experience working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams Analytical mindset and problem‑solving skills What will you be doing?
Bridge communication across business, UX and technical teams Gather requirements from stakeholders and transform them into functional specifications Analyse and model business processes, ensuring optimization and clarity across as‑is and to‑be states Support testing and validation phases to ensure delivered solutions meet requirements Produce clear documentation and support product lifecycle decision‑making We shape products that have real impact.
