Junior Business, HR & Marketing Associate

About the Role

We are a dynamic IT company operating in Lisbon and expanding our solutions globally across multiple regions (EMEA LATAM UK US). We are looking for a curious proactive and versatile Junior Business HR & Operations Associate who wants to learn and grow across multiple core business areas.

In this role you will work closely with our leadership team supporting recruitment and HR processes internal operations web/marketing initiatives and business development efforts within a fast-paced tech environment.

Who Were Looking For

• Availability (Mandatory): Immediate availability to start on August 10th or 11th 2026.

• Academic Background (Mandatory):

  • Masters Degree and Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Business Management Marketing Communications IT or related fields. (Candidates who have completed or are completing their Masters degree will be prioritized).

• Languages: Advanced / Fluent English (written and spoken) is required. Portuguese is mandatory.

• Experience Level: 0 to 2 years of experience (internships university projects or early-career roles in HR operations or marketing are welcome).

• Key Skills:

  • Strong interest in learning about IT projects recruitment strategies and business operations.
  • Agility and curiosity with modern AI and software tools to boost efficiency.
  • Highly organized detail-oriented and proactive attitude.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

What Youll Do (Scope of Work)

• HR & Recruitment Support:

  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process: post job descriptions screen applications schedule and coordinate interviews and maintain candidate communication.
  • Assist with HR administrative tasks onboarding processes and maintaining internal team documentation.

• Overall Operations & Project Support:

  • Support daily business operations ensuring smooth workflows between recruitment marketing and project delivery teams.
  • Assist in organizing internal project management initiatives and operational reporting.

• Marketing & Digital Presence:

  • Support content creation for LinkedIn blog posts and external channels.
  • Assist with slide decks presentation materials and basic website support/updates.

• Business & AI Tools Integration:

  • Leverage AI productivity tools to accelerate day-to-day tasks optimize documentation and streamline internal processes.
  • Support market research and client/partner outreach activities when required.
