Seeking senior SAP HCM Consultant for client in Portugal Role Overview Position:

SAP HCM Consultant with SuccessFactors Location:

Fully remote Duration:

3–4 months (with

possibility of extension ) Key Responsibilities: Implement, configure, and support

SAP HCM

and

SuccessFactors

modules, particularly Employee Central and Time Management. Manage and optimize

payroll processes for Portugal and Spain , ensuring legal compliance and alignment with company policies. Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, HR teams, and IT regarding HCM and payroll-related topics. Drive system enhancements, upgrades, and integrations between SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, and third-party solutions. Participate in or lead the rollout of HR digitalisation initiatives across Iberia. Provide 2nd and 3rd-level support for payroll-related issues. Collaborate with finance and compliance teams to align payroll outputs with regulatory and accounting requirements. Train and support HR users on system functionalities and new processes. Seniority level
