HR Business Partner
who is passionate about building strong partnerships with leaders, empowering teams, and creating an exceptional employee experience. If you're a strategic HR professional who enjoys working in a dynamic environment where your ideas and impact truly matter, we'd love to meet you. What you'll do:
Partner with business leaders to align people strategies with business goals. Support managers throughout the employee lifecycle, providing guidance on performance, engagement, development, and employee relations. Drive talent management initiatives, including performance reviews, succession planning, and career development. Champion a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture. Use HR data and insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement. Collaborate with the wider HR team to deliver impactful people initiatives. What we're looking for
Previous experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role. Strong business acumen and the ability to influence and build trusted relationships. Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills. A proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented approach. Solid knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
