Job Purpose
As the Senior Manager Financial Planning & Analysis, you will lead the financial planning process of the Company and assist in purchase to pay operations. Key accountabilities:
Lead financial planning processes, develop detailed budgets and financial forecasts, collaborating with senior management. Consolidate, analyze, and summarize data from business partners for management reporting. Track quarterly financial reports, analyze variances between results and budgets, including costs, headcount, and future sales. Drive productivity improvements in FP&A tasks and company activities. Oversee P2P operations, including contracts, PO management, invoice processing, and travel & expense management. Manage and develop a team of FP&A and P2P professionals. Your profile
Education:
University degree in Finance or Business Experience: 6 to 10 years in FP&A roles Experience with SAP, Oracle, or other EPM systems Good understanding of financial reporting; US GAAP knowledge is a plus Skills/knowledge/behavioural competencies: Exceptional analytical skills, proficient in data tools and managing large datasets in Excel Proactive communicator, able to build relationships with business partners Excellent English skills, both written and verbal, with strong interpersonal and analytical abilities Work Location
