The Role We’re looking for a highly

analytical

and hands‑on

Business Controller

to take full ownership of our reporting and performance monitoring.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring financial discipline, clarity, and control across the company — from

costs and P&L to budgeting, inventory, and business analysis .

You’ll work closely with leadership to bring visibility, surface risks and opportunities, and help us move faster with better decisions.

What You’ll Do

Own and deliver weekly and monthly

internal and external reporting

Monitor

cost structure ,

P&L and budget control

Track and manage

inventory costs and variances

Support planning cycles and scenario analysis

Conduct

ad hoc financial and business analysis

across departments

Work closely with ops, finance, and leadership to ensure visibility and alignment

What You Bring

5+ years of experience

in business controlling or financial analysis

Deep experience in

reporting ,

cost control

and

budget management

Experience in

business case analysis

and

metrics analysis

Strong Excel/Sheets and analytical skills; familiarity with finance tools

Bonus: experience in e-commerce, inventory management skills, or marketing metrics analysis
