Requirements
As part of our growth strategy, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People and Culture team.
This role goes beyond recruitment—it’s an opportunity to build strong talent pipelines and connect exceptional people with high-impact technology projects.
You’ll work closely with business leaders, hiring managers, and international teams, playing a key role in growing CONKORD’s presence in one of Europe’s most competitive technology markets.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for roles in IT and technology; - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business and recruitment needs; - Identify, contact, and attract top tech talent through various channels and networking strategies; - Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ technical and cultural fit; - Contribute to initiatives promoting the employer brand and attracting talent; - Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process; - Support continuous improvement initiatives in Talent Acquisition processes and practices.
What We’re Looking For
- Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, Management, or a related field; - Approximately 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment or talent acquisition; - Experience recruiting for international markets is a plus; - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; - Proactive mindset, autonomy, and strong organizational skills; - Curiosity, adaptability, and willingness to grow in a fast-paced environment; - Fluent English is required;
