Business Analyst

What will you do?

Perform detailed requirements analysis, translating business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories.

Develop, document, and execute comprehensive test plans, including story mapping, to ensure solution quality and adherence to requirements.

Create and maintain robust functional and technical documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Act as a key liaison, facilitating effective communication and collaboration between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Analyze data, and understand complex database models.

Contribute to parametrization and configuration tasks, ensuring alignment with functional requirements.

What are we looking for? At Aubay, our focus is on professionals who bring both technical expertise and the right mindset:

Possess a minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, demonstrating proficiency in requirements analysis, functional specifications, user stories, and test documentation/execution.

Solid understanding of database models, coupled with a good grasp of technical architecture.

Demonstrable experience in writing comprehensive functional and technical documentation, and effectively communicating with both business stakeholders and technical teams.

Experience working within Agile methodologies, exhibiting a proactive and autonomous work ethic.

Proficiency in English at a C1 level is mandatory.
