Role Overview: As a Travel Customer Specialist , you'll assist travelers before, during, and after their trips, ensuring every journey runs as smoothly as possible. From managing reservations and itinerary changes to resolving travel-related concerns, you'll provide professional support across multiple communication channels while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, live chat, and other digital communication channels. Assist customers with reservations, booking changes, cancellations, and a variety of travel-related requests. Provide accurate information about flights, accommodations, transportation services, travel policies, and additional travel products. Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently while ensuring a positive and personalized service experience.
