In this role, you will deliver high-quality support to German-speaking retail banking clients, fintech users, or corporate accounts—assisting with account management, digital banking platforms, transaction verification, and compliance checks. Full relocation support, including provided accommodation, is included to ensure a seamless move to Porto!

The Role

Customer & Account Advisory:

Provide professional assistance to German-speaking banking clients via secure messaging, phone, and email regarding account features, wire transfers, card management, and online banking systems.

Transaction & Security Monitoring:

Assist clients with transaction inquiries, fraud alerts, account verification (KYC/AML procedures), and security authentication protocols.

Problem Resolution:

Investigate payment discrepancies, billing issues, and digital payment gateway inquiries systematically and efficiently.

Compliance & Confidentiality:

Strictly adhere to European banking standards, GDPR, and financial data privacy guidelines during all client interactions.

Requirements

Language Skills:

Native or Near-Native command of

German (C1/C2)

with strong working proficiency in
