Kyndryl is seeking a passionate and driven IT/Cloud Consultant to join our team and break out of the hierarchy to rewrite the rules for what comes next. In this role you will: Lead large enterprise, fast‑track infrastructure projects. Serve as a standard‑bearer in a new organization and industry‑leading brand. Drive strategic decision‑making, defining sourcing strategies and selecting providers that align with customers’ IT and automation strategies. Act as a trusted advisor, delivering highly complex, multi‑disciplined consulting engagements that provide lasting and measurable value. Prioritize use cases, conduct ROI and business case analyses, and incorporate security and resiliency into future state designs. Develop future state vision and roadmap, revolutionizing infrastructure and network requirements. Drive performance improvements, identifying areas where efficiency can be optimized, costs minimized, risks reduced, and performance enhanced. Capture, prioritize, and analyze technical requirements (functional and non‑functional), ensuring meticulous solution design. Your Future at Kyndryl

Sales and consulting knowledge. Experience as a Cloud Architect / Specialist, AI Architect / Specialist, or similar. ITIL expertise and certifications. Excellent communication and presentation skills, conveying complex technical insights to both technical and non‑technical audiences. Understanding of DevSecOps, Agile, Scrum constructs, identifying inefficiencies through readiness assessments and developing strategies to optimize IT or cloud resource implementation. Subject‑matter expertise in at least one platform (e.g., cloud computing, hyperscaler, X86, mainframe, midrange). Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
TOGAF expertise and certifications. Experience with various IT operating models and building organizations to deploy and support key technologies. Advanced certification on key technologies within your platform or area of expertise. Ability to articulate key technologies’ impact on security, availability, cost, capacity, etc. Experience in Agile (Kanban, SAFe, and Scrum). What You Can Expect
