Our Compliance team blends regulatory expertise with data-driven thinking to make sure our products meet legal and policy requirements and deliver real value to customers. In a fast-moving, digital environment, they stay one step ahead by finding smart, scalable ways to manage conduct risk. We’re looking for a Regulatory Compliance Manager to advise on crypto compliance requirements and related controls. Up to shape what's next in finance? Let’s get in touch. What You'll Be Doing

Providing oversight on compliance obligations for cryptoasset products and related controls Ensuring high-quality regulatory mapping Challenging, assessing, and implementing policies from scratch Reviewing 1LoD compliance approvals for cryptoasset products, and providing appropriate feedback Ensuring a robust, company-wide cryptoasset training and competency programme Providing 2LoD oversight on cryptoasset complaints, diving into root-cause analyses to drive better customer outcomes Overseeing horizon scanning for relevant geographies What You'll Need

7+ years of experience in a regulatory compliance role within a consultancy, compliance function, or regulator Expertise in cryptoasset related obligations (MiCA, CARF, etc.) A university degree in STEM, business, or finance Knowledge of how to conduct regulatory gap analysis Familiarity with policy creation and implementation A solid understanding of the interplay between compliance risk and business risk The ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple projects at once, and meet tight deadlines The ability to communicate positively with members of various internal teams and regulators Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills Fluency in English Building a global financial super app isn’t enough.
