Legal Counsel
to join our Legal Team in Oporto. What's the challenge?
Provide legal support to the Group's companies, ensuring legal solutions aligned with business objectives; Prepare and monitor corporate documentation for the Group's companies, contributing to the development of legal solutions aligned with the business model and ensuring compliance with applicable legal obligations; Provide legal analysis and advice on corporate, commercial, employment and financial law matters; Draft, review and negotiate contracts, identifying and mitigating legal risks; Ensure compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements, supporting the implementation and monitoring of the Group's compliance programme; Monitor relevant legislative and regulatory changes and assess their impact on the Group's business. What do we expect from you?
Law degree; 3 to 5 years of professional experience in similar roles; Active membership of the Portuguese Bar Association; Fluency in English, both written and spoken; Strong analytical and decision-making skills; Business-oriented mindset with a strong focus on internal clients; Problem-solving skills; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
