By including everyone and ensuring equal opportunities we unleash our full potential. *Job Description* *Your contribution to something big : * We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated *GBS People Services Associate - Spanish Speaker*tojoin our HR Operations team. In this role, you will support the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of employee data throughout the full employee lifecycle, from onboardingtotermination, both front & back office. You will play an important role in HR administration, employee data management, documentation handling, and sick leave process management for Spain. Thispositionis ideal for candidates starting their career in Human Resources and lookingtodevelop expertise in HR systems, data management, process improvement, and stakeholder support. *Key Responsibilities : * *Data Management* * Manage and validate employee personal data changes within HR systems * Ensure all required documentation is collected, verified, and processed accurately * Support the complete employee lifecycle administration from onboarding through termination * Maintain timely and accurate employee records relatedtolifecycle events, car fleet and time management *Documentation & Reporting* * Prepare and manage HR documentation including contracts, amendments, certifications, and letters * Support the maintenance and update of process manuals and operational documentation * Assist with reporting activities and calculations *Data Quality Assurance* * Perform data quality checks and identify inconsistencies or missing information * Work with senior team memberstoresolve data discrepancies and improve overall data quality *Process Improvement* * Support continuous improvement initiatives within HR processes * Contribute ideas for operational enhancements and efficiency improvements *Problem Solving & Project Support* * Identify basic process inefficiencies and data issues * Support HR projects, process transitions, and implementation activities * Assist with system testing during HR system upgrades and document testing results *Customer Service & Stakeholder Support* * Respondtoemployee inquiries regarding HR data and documentation (channels : tickets, phone, chat, email) * Provide supporttoHR Business Partners, employees, and external providers * Contributetoteam goals and internal knowledge-sharing initiatives * Main point of contact for our HR Front Office to support associates based in Spain *Qualifications* *What distinguishes you : * *Education : * * Bachelor’s degree required * Degree in Human Resources or related field is an advantage *Languages : * * Native communication skills in Spanish * Good communication skills in English * Additional foreign language skills are considered a plus *Know-how : * * Good knowledge of MS Officetools (Word, Excel, Outlook) * Comfortable working with administrative systems and softwaretools *Personality : * * Strong attentiontodetail and organizational skills * Customer-focused mindset with a quality-driven approach * Good analytical and problem-solving abilities * Flexible and adaptabletochanging priorities and processes * Collaborative team player with a proactive attitude * Eagernesstolearn and grow within HR Operations *Additional Information* *Work #LikeABosch means : * ⚖ Flexible work conditions Hybrid work system Exchange with colleagues around the world ⚕ Health insurance and medical office on site Training opportunities Opportunities for career progression and continuous professional development Access to great discounts in partnerships and Bosch products Sports and health related activities Great access to public transports Free parking lot Canteen *Success stories don´t just happen.
