We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated GBS People Services Associate Spanish Speaker to join our HR Operations this role you will support the accuracy completeness and compliance of employee data throughout the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to termination both front & back office.
You will play an important role in HR administration employee data management documentation handling and sick leave process management for Spain. This position is ideal for candidates starting their career in Human Resources and looking to develop expertise in HR systems data management process improvement and stakeholder support.
