Operations Customer Expert – Customer Support
Location: Lisbon Portugal
Contract: Full-time Portuguese Employment Contract
Schedule: 40 hours/week 24/7 Rotating Shifts

About the Role

As an Operations Customer Expert youll provide professional support to consumers and business users in a fast-paced innovative environment helping them resolve issues and get the most from the clients products.
What Youll Do
- Support customers via phone email and chat
- Handle billing and invoicing enquiries
- Troubleshoot account access issues
- Guide and support customers with the use of AI products
- Provide clear timely and helpful responses
- Deliver excellent customer service and meet quality standards
- Troubleshoot issues efficiently and escalate when required
Requirements
- C1/C2 English (written & spoken)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer service/support experience is an advantage
- Comfortable working in a 24/7 rotational environment
- Ability to manage multiple customer cases independently
- Passion for technology and AI
- Must be currently based in Portugal
Salary & Benefits
Base Salary: 938 gross/month
Holiday Allowance: 78.17/month
Christmas Allowance: 78.17/month
Meal Allowance: 7/day (154/month based on 22 working days)
Estimated monthly gross package: 1248.33
Performance Bonus: up to 200/month

Training
