Business Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join KWAN who’s passionate about bridging business needs and technology! The Challenge

Gather, analyse, and document business and regulatory requirements with internal and external stakeholders

Translate functional and non-functional requirements into clear specifications for architecture, development, and QA teams

Support the definition of business rules, SLAs/SLOs, exception scenarios, incident management, and operational/regulatory reporting

Prepare and maintain functional documentation, including use cases, process flows, high-level data models, and business manuals

Define and validate acceptance criteria and support the preparation of business and certification test cases

Participate in pilots with users and participants, validating proposed solutions

Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, helping clarify requirements and manage expectations

Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, QA, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

What you bring to the table

Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field

Fluent English communication skills

Proven experience as a Business Analyst.

Experience gathering, analysing, and documenting business requirements

Strong experience writing clear and structured functional specifications

Knowledge of data and integration concepts, including APIs, messaging, and file-based integrations

Familiarity with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe

Experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence
