Business Analyst

for a project with a

hybrid

working model in

Porto , Portugal (2x/week at the office). Key Responsibilities:

Gather, analyse and document business and user requirements Translate business needs into

functional specifications Design and document system processes Define and execute

test cases Coordinate

QA and UAT activities Act as the

bridge between business users and development teams Manage

stakeholders, dependencies and blockers Collaborate with

international teams in Porto and Paris Support

user training, documentation and procedures Work in an

Agile/Scrum environment Key Requirements:

6–9 years of experience as a Business Analyst Experience in

Banking / Financial Institutions Background in

Finance, Economics, Risk Management or Market Data Strong experience in

Requirements Gathering & Functional Analysis Experience writing

Functional Specifications Experience with

Test Cases, QA & UAT Coordination Basic SQL knowledge Experience in
