Your Role
- Handling customer queries related to accounts, billing, tolls, and service information
- Registering requests, complaints, and clarifications in internal systems for full traceability
- Performing billing, collection, and revenue reconciliation activities
- Communicating with external entities such as authorities and regulatory bodies when required
- Ensuring data accuracy and compliance with internal and regulatory standards
- Contributing to service quality, revenue protection, and customer satisfaction
- All communication is handled via phone, email, and digital channels
Your Profile
- Native or C1 level Dutch and good English skills
- Comfortable working with customers and administrative processes
- Detail-oriented and confident handling data, billing, and documentation
- Able to communicate clearly and professionally via phone and digital channels
- Organized and reliable in following procedures and deadlines
- Willing to work in a regulated, structured environment
- Previous experience in customer service, billing, collections, or administration is a plus
What Is Offered
- Portuguese employment contract with full social security coverage
- Rotational shifts Monday to Sunday between 07:00 and 23:00, 8 hours per day plus lunch break 22 days paid annual leave plus Portuguese public holidays
