CloserHire is partnering with a leading global customer experience provider to recruit English-speaking Sales Development Representatives / Account Managers for an on-site role in Lisbon this position you will work with a globally recognized digital platform supporting businesses in building and optimizing their online advertising strategies. You will play a key role in driving growth managing client relationships and delivering impactful marketing solutions in a fast-paced performance-driven environment.

Your Role
- Identify and engage new business opportunities through outbound prospecting (calls email social outreach)
- Build and manage a pipeline of B2B clients and agency partners
- Support onboarding and activation of new advertisers
- Act as a trusted advisor recommending tailored advertising solutions
- Manage and optimize advertising campaigns to drive performance and ROI Build strong long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Monitor campaign results and adjust strategies based on performance data
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality client experiences
Your Profile
- Fluent English (C1/C2) 12 years of experience in sales digital marketing or business development
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g. a leading CRM platform
- HubSpot) is a plus
- Understanding of sales funnels and pipeline management
- Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet KPIs and targets
- Ability to work in a fast-paced performance-oriented environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
What Is Offered
- Full-time on-site position in Lisbon Portugal
- Working schedule: Monday to Friday 40 hours/week (rotational between 08:00 18:00)
