CloserHire is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy to recruit Italian-speaking Content Moderators for an on-site a global social media platform project in Lisbon. In this role, you will ensure that content posted by users meets community guidelines and policies. You will work in a fast-paced, international environment, reviewing videos, posts, and comments, and helping to maintain a safe and positive online experience for users worldwide.

Your Role
- Review and moderate user-generated content in Italian, including videos, posts, and comments
- Identify and escalate inappropriate, harmful, or sensitive content
- Apply professional judgment and ensure consistent moderation decisions
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex cases and identify recurring trends
- Document moderation actions and maintain accurate records
- Contribute to process improvements and knowledge sharing within the moderation team
Your Profile
- Native or fluent Italian (C1/C2)
- Good command of English (B2) for internal communication
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Comfortable handling sensitive content professionally and consistently
- Previous experience in content moderation, social media, or customer support is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Empathetic, professional, and resilient under pressure
- Team player with a proactive and adaptable attitude
