Build, deploy and optimize campaigns across email, SMS, popups and online messaging, tracking CTR, open rates, subscription rates and net revenue, and turn data into actions; Own and grow the friend referral program, tracking referral metrics and identifying performance improvement opportunities; Design and run continuous A/B tests; Act as the main point of contact for country teams, helping them understand results, troubleshoot issues and apply CRM best practices; Suggest and implement improvements to CRM journeys while maintaining high quality standards; Collaborate with marketing, tech and data teams on CRM-led initiatives. Требования:

Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Management, Data Science or equivalent education; 3-5 Years of experience in CRM management or a similar role involving an analytical approach to highly automated marketing campaigns; Experience with a major CRM or marketing automation platform; Initiative, reliability and ambition with the ability to solve strategic questions by analyzing complex data; Willingness to take ownership and accountability and make a real impact; Hypothesis-driven and solution-oriented approach with the ability to develop ideas, run experiments and act on results.
