Are you a Dutch-speaking professional with sharp judgment and a passion for e-commerce? 🛒 We're looking for a Content Moderator to help maintain a safe, trustworthy platform in a modern Lisbon workplace! ✨
👉 Maintain strong knowledge and enthusiasm for leading e-commerce products, services & industry standards
👉 Review content in line with established SLAs and quality benchmarks
👉 Ensure uploaded content complies with platform policies, legal standards & safety guidelines 🔒
👉 Adapt to policy updates, schedule changes, and follow standard operating procedures consistently
👉 Identify and escalate issues through proper internal channels, adhering to company protocols
🔹 Native/fluent Dutch (verbal & written), fluent English (B2 minimum)
🔹 Excellent moderation abilities — clear communication, sound judgment, local market insight
🔹 Solid understanding of e-commerce platforms and industry practices
🔹 Able to manage high workloads and maintain performance during peak promotional periods
🔹 Ability to work in shift rotation (Monday–Sunday, 24/7)
🔹 Strong customer service skills — empathy, effective communication, balanced decision-making
